钢管高强混凝土组合柱受力性能影响因素分析

【摘要】 通过1根钢管高强混凝土组合柱和1根钢筋高强混凝土柱的拟静力试验研究发现,前者较后者的峰值荷载提高10.55%,延性系数由1.94变为5.31,等效黏滞阻尼系数由0.130增至0.311,表明内配钢管的措施能有效改善钢筋高强混凝土柱抗震性能。利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对钢管高强混凝土组合柱受力性能进行模拟,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,以剪跨比、轴压比、钢管径高比、钢管含钢率和钢管屈服强度等作为变化参数,对该类组合柱构件进行受力性能分析。结果表明:随着剪跨比的增加,构件的承载力和初始刚度能显著降低,但延性提高;当轴压比超过0.6后,构件承载力不增加反而降低,延性下降速率明显加快,建议轴压比限值不宜超过0.8;当钢管径高比控制在0.5左右时,构件综合受力性能相对较好;提高钢管的含钢率和屈服强度,能够提高构件的承载力和延性。

【Abstract】 Based on the quasi-static test results of one embedded circular steel tube confined reinforced high-strength concrete(CST-RHC) short column and one reinforced high-strength concrete(RHC) short column,it is shown that CST-RHC short column has higher peak bearing capacity,ductility coefficient and equivalent viscous damping coefficient than RHC short column.Test results indicate that the seismic performance of RHC columns can be improved by embedded steel pipe.Nonlinear finite element models were built to analyze the columns using ABAQUS,and the finite element analysis results agree with test results.The influences of shear span ratio,axial compression ratio,diameter height ratio of steel tube,steel yield strength and steel ratio on the behaviour of CST-RHC columns were simulated.The results show that:with the increment of shear span ratio,the bearing capacity and the elastic stiffness of the columns obviously decrease,but the ductility improves.When axial compression ratio exceeds 0.6,the bearing capacity of the columns doesn ’ t increase but decrease,and the ductility declines significantly.Thus the limit value of axial compression ratio is suggested to be less than 0.8.When diameter to height ratio of steel tub is about 0.5,the comprehensive mechanical behavior is relatively good.The bearing capacity and the ductility of the columns improve with the increment of steel tube yield strength and steel ratio.
