模块化理论在池塘设施化养殖中的应用实践

【摘要】 按照模块化设计理论,以实现"健康、环保、高产、高效、优质"生产模式为目标,建立池塘设施化高效健康养殖系统。经综合分析将系统拆分成8个功能模块,建立起系统流程及模块间作用关系;以能量传递与主要水化指标作为接口参数,确定接口对应关系,推算出设施配置、与设备配备功率。2012年以来将试验池塘进行设施化改造与养殖试验,亩产3754kg的良好效果,做到资源充分合理利用,是实现健康高效养殖模式的有效途径。

【Abstract】 In accordance with the modular design theory,for achieving "health,environmental protection,high-yield,high efficiency,high quality" mode of production as the goal,establishing pond facility efficient health aquaculture system.After a comprehensive analysis,the system is split into eight functional modules to establish the relationship role between system processes and modules.Taking energy transfer and the main hydration index as the interface parameters to determine the correspondence between the interface,calculate the facility configuration and equipment allocated power.Since 2012,the test pond was carried on facility transformation and cultivation test,got good results of 3754kg each yield,which achieved adequate and reasonable use of resources,was an effective way to achieve a healthy and efficient breeding patterns.
