BM6201FS在无叶风扇控制系统中的应用设计

【摘要】 针对当前无叶风扇控制器存在成本高、稳定性差等问题,设计了一种低成本高稳定性的无叶风扇控制器;以R5F104A单片机为控制核心,无位置传感器的三相无刷直流电机为控制对象,采用高耐压快速大功率MOS集成电路BM6201FS为电机功率驱动电路,降低无叶风扇电路系统成本,采用反电动势过零点检测法确定电机转子的位置信息,软件补偿硬件滤波电路产生的电机换相相移,提高控制器的可靠性;实验结果表明控制器工作稳定可靠,性价比高。

【Abstract】 A low-cost and high-stability bladeless fan controller was designed to solve the problems that current bladeless fan controller was high cost and poor stability.The R5F104 Amicrocontroller was used as controller core,and the three-phase BLDC motor without position sensor was used as control object.In order to reduce the cost of bladeless fan circuit system,High-voltage power PrestoMOS BM6201 FS was used as motor drive IC.To improve the reliability of the controller,motor rotor position information was determined by detecting back-EMF zero,and motor commutation phase shift that is caused by hardware filtering circuit was compensated by software.The experimental results show that the controller is stable,reliable and cost-effective.
