运用无线数据传输模块的风机机组能效测量装置的研制
Development of Measuring Device for Energy Efficiency of Fan Unit with Wireless Transmission of Real—time Data
【摘要】 由于现有的风机机组能效专业测试装置使用范围有限,效率不高,研制了一套多测量点数据无线实时传输的风机机组能效测量装置;该装置由上位机、主控机和工控机构成控制和处理核心,以电能质量分析仪、压力传感器、温湿度传感器和大气压传感器为数据采集设备,以485总线和Zigbee无线通信为数据传输方式,解决了配电柜和风机机组距离太远时有线数据传输不便的问题;该装置还可同时显示风机机组和电动机的运行与能耗情况,实现了一机多用,经济性更好;经现场测试,该装置工作可靠稳定,对风机机组能耗的测量结果准确,提高了测试效率。
【Abstract】 Due to the limited range of application and low efficiency of the existing professional measurement devices for the energy efficiency of fan unit,a new—type measurement device for the energy efficiency of the fan unit is developed with wireless real —time transmission of data for every measurement point.It has a main control computer and three assistant microcomputers as control and processing cores.Data acquisition equipments are composed of electrical power quality analyzer,pressure sensors,temperature and humidity sensors and atmospheric pressure sensor and the data transmission relies on 485 communication and Zigbee wireless modules,which is helpful to solve the inconvenience of wired data transmission because of too far distance between the power distribution cabinet and fan unit.In addition,the fan unit and motor running situations are respectively shown on two windows,realizing multi—usage of the same device.The test results for energy consumption of fan unit show this device accurate,stable and reliable.In addition,that can improve the testing efficiency.
