智能化食品安全可追溯监管系统的设计与实现
Intelligent Regulation of Food Safety Traceability System Design and Implementation
【摘要】 针对传统食品安全追溯系统追溯准确率低的弊端,设计并实现了以物联网技术为基础的食品安全追溯监管系统,系统采用J2EE技术设计了三层分布式的实时查询平台,详细介绍了系统的整体设计框架,以及硬件及软件的模块组成和设计方案,在物联网框架下,结合RFID识别技术、EPC编码技术和Savant等新技术,完成系统设计;以浙江恒生智能设备有限公司的系统为测试对象,经过系统实际运行测试,该系统能及时反馈浙江杭州大型农产品的各种信息,追踪准确率高达99.6%,实用性较好。
【Abstract】 This paper designed and implemented based on Internet of things technology the food safety traceability regulation system,the system uses the J2EE technical design of three layer distributed real —time query platform,detailed introduces the overall design of system frame,design scheme and the hardware and software modules and,under the framework of IoT,combined the technology of RFID identification technology,EPC coding and Savant,new technologies to complete system design.To Hangseng intelligent equipment Co.,LTD.Zhejiang system as test object,through actual testing operation,the system of large agricultural products in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province,the system can timely feedback information,tracking accuracy is as high as 99.6%,has good practicability.
