基于改进蚁群算法的立体车库群控调度实现
Achieving the Dispatching of Group Control Stereoscopic Garage Based on Improved Ant colony Algorithm
【摘要】 针对立体车库整体服务质量低下的缺点,提出一种基于群控优化策略;首先,利用改进的蚁群算法具有多种群且种群间互不干扰的特点,建立起一种以等待时间,运行时间和系统能耗为优化目标的综合评价函数;其次,根据改进的蚁群算法求解各输入信号的评价函数值;最后,实现最优化的群控调度。实验结果表明;群控调度后平均响应时间由49.9552s下降到22.5280s,且实际系统能量消耗和长时间等待率比理论值偏低,从而可得改进的蚁群算法能有效实现对立体车库的群控调度。
【Abstract】 This paper aims to presents a group control optimization strategies in order to achieve the purpose of energy and time saving,and the stereoscopic garage has the disadvantage of low quality of service.In this paper,we use the characteristics that the improved ant colony algorithm has a variety of groups and populations not affect each other.Firstly,a comprehensive evaluation function can be established as the optimization target,which consist of the waiting time,the running time,and the energy consumption.Secondly,the evaluation function value of the input signal can be calculated according to the improved Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA).Finally,the optimal group control can be achieved.The experiment results show that the average response time change from 49.9552s to 22.5280s after join the group scheduling,and the system energy consumption and long waits rate are lower than the theoretical value.The improved ACA can effectively achieve the stereoscopic garage group control system.
