【摘要】 本文总结了新疆武警医院机动卫勤力量在人员编组、预案设置、平时训练中的经验。根据新疆自然地理环境和社会环境特点,武警新疆生产建设兵团指挥部医院采取实战化背景训练的方式,突出医学救援特点,综合演习检验训练成果。新疆武警机动卫勤力量在训练中获得许多宝贵经验,构建了适应新疆自然环境特点和疆内社会情况的应急编组模式,为卫勤保障和医学救援行动提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the experience of the mobile force of medical support of Xinjiang Armed Police Forces in personal organization,plan set and peacetime training. Based on the characteristics of natural geographical and social environment,the headquarter hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps adopts a way of stressing actual combat practice,and highlights the features of medical relief,comprehensive maneuver tested practice results. The mobile force of Xinjiang Armed Police Forces gained a much precious experience in practice,construct a new emergency marshaling modes in adapt to the special features of Xinjiang.
