【摘要】 目的探讨生活方式联合药物干预对糖调节受损合并代谢综合征患者代谢紊乱的疗效。方法选取2009年6月至2011年6月重庆市第五人民医院确诊的糖调节受损合并代谢综合征患者65例,给予生活方式联合药物的综合干预治疗,评估干预前后相关生理、生化指标的变化。结果综合干预治疗后,患者血压、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、空腹胰岛素水平和胰岛素抵抗指数均显著降低,高密度脂蛋白水平显著增高(P<0.05),与干预前各指标水平比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);干预前后患者体质量指数、低密度脂蛋白降低不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合干预能更好地降低糖调节受损合并代谢综合征患者的心血管危险因素,减少糖尿病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of comprehensive intervention on impaired glucose regulation combined with metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 65 cases with impaired glucose regulation combined with metabolic syndrome,treated in this hospital during Jun.2009 and Jun.2011,were enrolled and treated with the comprehensive intervention.The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes were evaluated before and after intervention.Results The levels of blood pressure,fast plasma glucose,2hplasma glucose,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,fast plasma insulin and HOMA insulin resistance index were decreased obviously after intervention(P<0.05),the levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol increased significantly(P<0.05),while the levels of body mass index and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol were not statistically different before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention could significantly decrease some cardiovascular risk factors in patients with impaired glucose regulation combined with metabolic syndrome and could reduce the risks of diabetes mellitus.更多还原
