【摘要】 目的通过观察瑞舒伐他汀对脑梗死患者血脂和血液流变学的影响,探讨其临床意义。方法收集2012年3月至2013年2月芜湖市第二人民医院神经内科收治的脑梗死住院患者124例,按随机数字表格法分为观察组与对照组,各62例。两组患者根据病情及并发症的不同,合理给予抗凝药、抗血小板聚集剂、脱水剂、降糖药、降压药、护脑、改善微循环及抗感染药物;观察组在上述基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀片,比较两组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学及临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后,胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均明显降低(t=2.898、9.635、6.377,P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)则明显升高(t=2.091,P<0.05);高切及低切全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原均明显降低(t=3.670、8.067、6.898,P<0.05);观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为83.9%和71.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.846,P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀能明显改善脑梗死患者的血脂及血液流变学,具有临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the impact of rosuvastatin on the blood rheology and lipid in patients with cerebral infarction,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods 124cases of cerebral infarction patents were divided into observation group and control group from March 2012to February 2013.Two groups of patients were reasonable given anticoagulants,dehydrating agent,hypoglycemic agents,antihypertensive drugs,protecting the brain, improve microcirculation and anti-infectives accorded to the disease and its complications.Based on the above observation group plus statin rosuvastatin calcium tablets.Blood lipids,blood rheology and clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group after treatment.The TC,TG,LDL of the observation group were significantly lower(t=2.898,9.635,6.377,P<0.05), HDL of them is increased significantly(t=2.091,P<0.05).High cut and low-cut whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly lower(t=3.670,8.067,6.898,P<0.05).Observation group and control group,the effective rates of observation group and control group were 83.9% and 71.0% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ 2=4.846,P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly improve blood lipid and blood rheology for patients with cerebral infarction,efficacy,adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.更多还原
