【摘要】 目的研究广西地区铜绿假单胞菌外膜蛋白D2(OprD2)的表达与亚胺培南耐药之间的关系。方法采用SDS-PAGE电泳法对提取出的106株耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌的外膜蛋白进行电泳,并利用水杨酸盐抑制实验确定OprD2的位置,通过凝胶成像系统成像并将其与敏感株比较进行分析。结果 106株耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌中有99株细菌缺失OprD2。结论 OprD2缺失是铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药的主要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between the outer membrane protein D2(OprD2)expression of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and imipenem-resistance in Guangxi area.Methods The SDS-PAGE electrophoresis was adopted to conduct the electrophoresis on the extracted OprD2from 106strains of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa,the salicylates inhibit experiment was used to determine the position of OprD2,then the imaging was performed by the gel imaging system and compared with sensitive strains for conducting analysis.Results Among 106 strains of imipenem-resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa,99strains lost OprD2.Conclusion The OprD2loss is one of the main reasons of Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to imipenem in Guangxi area.更多还原
