【摘要】 伦敦政治经济学院作为世界一流大学,在学术治理方面具有学术组织体系化、学术权力基层化、学术民主常态化等特点。其学术权力重心的下移,更能充分发挥教授进行科学研究的积极性;民主参与与监督,使决策更为科学、全面、合理。这些对我国高校正处于起步阶段的学术治理体系建设具有借鉴意义:高校应建立和完善学术治理体系,学术权力重心应下移至基层学术组织,大力培育学术民主文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a world-class university,London School of Economics and Political Science has the characteristics in terms of academic governance as follows:the systemic structure of academic organization,the basic level authority of academic power,and the normal state of academic democratization,etc.The decentralization of academic power can fully develop the enthusiasm of scientific research of professors;the democratic participation and supervision can make decisions more scientific,comprehensive and reasonable.These experiences are of implication reference for the construction of academic governance of higher education institutions in the initial stage in China:higher education institutions should establish and improve their academic governance system,the central focus of academic power should move down to the grass-roots organizations,in addition,universities should foster culture of academic democracy.更多还原
