【摘要】 学科国际评估是世界一流大学和一流学科建设的重要内容。在"211工程"三期建设及验收中,部分高校先试先行,聘请国际同行专家对重点学科、重点学科建设项目进行了学科国际评估。当前,高校开展这项工作,应把握高校学科国际评估的关键环节,以创建一流学科为目标,推进学科国际评估;以统筹实施评估为任务,制定学校发展规划;以多种评估形式为手段,确保学科评估效果。须发挥宏观指导职能,推动国际评估实施;创建国际评估条件,促进一流学科建设;统筹学科建设项目,提升学科评估效益;关注人文社科领域,探索评估标准体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 International evaluation of disciplines is becoming an important part gradually in the process of constructing world-class universities and disciplines.During the construction and acceptance in the third phase of "211Project",some universities have hired international peer experts to evaluate the construction of the key disciplines or key discipline programs.At present,universities in China should hold the key link of the international evaluation of disciplines,take the establishment of first-class disciplines as the aim to carry forward the international evaluation of disciplines;take the evaluation overall as the mission and formulate the school development planning;take the diverse evaluation forms as the means and make certain the evaluation effect of disciplines.In future,universities in China should play the role of macro-direction to impel the implementation of international evaluation;set up the conditions of international evaluation to promote the construction of first-rate disciplines;plan discipline construction programs as a whole to promote the benefit of discipline evaluation;pay close attention to humanities and social sciences to explore the evaluation criteria system.更多还原
