The paper analyzes the problems of traditional mechanical engineering laboratory in cultivating of the product performance determination ability and the cost calculation ability, and put forward a new model about the laboratory, and the ISO9001 quality certifi cation system guarantees the effective operation of the laboratory. The result shows that the new model improves the engineering quality and idea of the students and solves the contradiction between wide caliber and expertise effectively.
