基于GPRS的电梯故障报警与诊断终端设计
DESIGNING ELEVATOR FAULT ALARMING AND DIAGNOSIS TERMINAL BASED ON GPRS
【摘要】 设计基于GPRS的电梯故障报警与诊断终端的软硬件。在具体实现上,利用ARM+WINCE体系构建终端核心控制器,通过GPRS模块实现电梯故障及时报警功能,根据基于规则的专家系统理论实现电梯本地故障诊断功能并给出相关维修建议。利用EVC编程技术编写了故障报警与诊断的应用程序。最后,通过电梯测试平台对此终端装置进行功能的实现测试,测试结果证明了该终端装置故障报警功能的及时性以及故障诊断功能的全面性、准确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we design a GPRS-based software and hardware for elevator fault alarming and diagnosis terminal. In specific implementation,we use ARM + WINCE system to construct the core controller of the terminal,and realise the in-time elevator fault alarming function by GPRS module,achieve elevators’ local fault diagnoses function according to the rules-based expert system theory,as well as give the correlated maintenance recommendations. In the paper we make use of EVC programming techniques to compile the fault alarming and diagnosis application. Finally,we carry out the functions implementation test on terminal device through elevator test platform,the test results prove the timeliness of the fault alarming function of the terminal device and the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the fault diagnosis function.
