基于Matlab GUI的复杂曲面轮廓度误差评定系统
EVALUATION SYSTEM OF COMPLEX SURFACES PROFILE ERROR BASED ON MATLAB GUI
【摘要】 在分析现有的复杂曲面轮廓度误差评定方法的基础上,开发基于Matlab GUI的复杂曲面轮廓度误差的可视化评定系统。该系统软件可读取并存储三坐标测量机测量所得的曲面离散数据,对实验测量所得的数据进行插值拟合、测头半径修正和坐标变换并能同时显示变换曲面图形,最终进行曲面轮廓度误差的评定。通过对飞机壁板的实测数据进行误差分析处理,验证了系统的正确性与可行性。
【Abstract】 We develop a Matlab GUI-based visualised evaluation system of complex surface profile error after analysing the existing evaluation method of complex surface profile error.The system can read and store the surface discrete data measured by three-coordinates measuring machine,can conduct interpolating fitting,probe radius correction and coordinate transformation on the experimental measurement data,and can display the transforming surface simultaneously,finally the evaluation of surface profile error is implemented.The correctness and feasibility of the system is verified by error analysis and processing of the measured data of aircraft panel.
