【摘要】 助教是教师得力的教学帮手,本科助教比研究生助教更熟悉课程,且助教的个人学习和职业竞争力也可以得到更好发展。天津科技大学国际学院积极引进本科助教体制,创建了良好的选拔机制,完善了相关培训机制,建立了科学的管理体系,并为助教提供合理的劳动报酬,即将资金报酬以重点推荐的方式转移到了未来岗位工作薪金上,有利于教学相关工作的科学运行,进而提高学生学习和生活的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The assistants are an effective teaching help for a teacher, a university assistant is more familiar with the course than a graduate assistant and the personal study and professional competiveness of the assistants can be better developed. International School of Tianjin University of Science and Technology actively has introduced the university assistants system, created a good selection mechanism, improved the relevant training mechanisms, established a scientific management system, and provided reasonable remuneration for them, namely, transferring the financial remuneration to the upcoming job salaries in a key-recommendation way, which is conducive to the scientific operation of relevant teachings to improve the quality of students’ learning and life.更多还原
