【Abstract】 In China’s training mode of graduates of pedagogy for adults there exist many problems such as the unclear concept, the blind practice and little success in a long time. From the perspective of axiology, China’s graduate training mode of pedagogy for adults should be the summary of its actively adjusting to the construction idea of China’s lifelong education system and the practice form of building the learning community and organization, and its core problem is the reform of the training subject, the training course and the training method.
