【摘要】 目的探讨抚触联合微生态制剂对新生儿黄疸及行为神经发育的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的新生儿黄疸150例,按单双数住院号简单随机方法分成两组,对照组70例采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,包括蓝光照射和酶诱导剂等药物治疗;观察组80例在常规治疗的基础上加用抚触联合微生态制剂治疗。观察两组新生儿日均胆红素下降值、黄疸消退时间及行为神经发育情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组新生儿胆红素的日均下降值升高,黄疸消退时间少于对照组(P<0.05),入院后第7天新生儿行为神经评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抚触联合微生态制剂可降低新生儿黄疸指数,促进其行为神经发育,有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of caresses touches combined with probiotics on neonatal jaundice behavior nerve growth. Methods One hundred and fifty neonatal jaundice patients were randomly divided into two groups,i. e. trial group and control group. The control group( n = 70) was treated by conventional treatment,including blue light irradiation and drug administration,and the trial group( n = 80) was treated with conventional therapy combined with caresses touches and probiotics. The effects of the two groups were analyzed after treatment. Results There were significant differences in daily bilirubin decrease and jaundice duration period between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment( NBNA) grade was obviously higher in the trial group than in the control group after 7 days( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Caresses touches combined with probiotics can reduce the jaundice index and promote the behavior nerve growth of the newborns with hyperbilirubinemia,and it is worth extensively applying in clinical practice.更多还原
