【摘要】 变频电机的能效检测与普通异步电机不同,变频电机能效检测时要分基波损耗和谐波损耗进行分析,根据两者的差异,结合普通电机B法检测电机能效的经验,介绍了变频电机能效的试验流程,从热试验、负载试验、空载试验检测所得到的数据中,分析各个损耗的求取。从提高检测质量的角度,用拟合回归曲线的方法,对剩余损耗进行分析,从而较为准确地得出变频电机的效率,希望可以给各实验室一些启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Efficiency test of variable frequency motor was different from that of common asynchronous motor,fundamental wave loss and harmonic loss were researched in the efficiency test of variable frequency motor. According to the difference,and combined to method B of common motor efficiency test,the flow of variable frequency motor test was introduced,and from the data of temperature test,load test and noload test,every loss was analyzed. The residual loss was researched in analyzing method of regression curve to improve the test quality,therefore,the efficiency of variable frequency motor could be obtained more accurately in method B than other methods. We hope the paper could bring some revelation to other motor labs.更多还原
