基于嵌入式系统的轨道转辙机测试台的研制

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于S5PV210和电液比例系统的转辙机测试台,分析了该测试台的产生背景、关键技术和软、硬件结构设计。系统通过液压系统模拟现实铁轨的受力情况来提供负载,并在转辙机的工作过程中进行压力和电流的采集、存储和监测,并用LCD触摸屏实时显示。

【Abstract】 In this study,an orbit switch machine based on S5PV210 and electro-hydraulic proportional system was introduced,and the background,key technologies and the design of hardware and software structures were also analyzed. The system provides load by imitating the pressure on the track though the hydraulic system. Besides,while the orbit switch machine was running,the stress and the current of the orbit switch machine were recorded,stored,monitored and real-time displayed on a LCD touch screen.
