新型焦面板的结构优化设计
Optimization Design of the Structure for New Focal Panel
【摘要】 焦面板的面形精度和结构布局直接影响到望远镜系统的成像质量,针对不同类型大型望远镜的形式,提出了一种新型的多孔焦面结构,解决了单元小型化及焦面板空间翻转带来的面型变形及刚度变化的问题。通过对不同孔型孔数焦面板的ANSYS建模仿真,论证了该新型结构可很好的保证焦面的面型精度且能够提高光谱的采集效率。
【Abstract】 The surface precision and the structure of the panel will affect the image quality of the telescope system. According to different types of large telescopes,A new type of porous structure of focal plane is proposed,the issue of the miniaturization of fiber units and the change of the displacement and stress is resolved. In the end,the modeling and simulation by ANSYS is made,the results show that the new structure can guarantee the surface accuracy of focal plane and can improve the collection efficiency of the spect-rum.
