一种垂直进给凸轮机构设计及其模态分析
Design of Accurately Vertical Feeding Cams and Modal Analysis
【摘要】 某专用磨床的砂轮需沿偏离Y轴4.25°的方向进行精确进给,以补偿砂轮的磨损。现有机构结构复杂且精度不能保证。设计了一种能精确实现垂直进给运动的移动凸轮机构,对该机构进行了模态分析。工程实践表明,所设计的凸轮机构可满足设计要求,适合于负载大且有振动的场合使用。
【Abstract】 For compensation of grinding wheel wear,the grinding wheel of special purpose grinder requires precise feeding along the direction deviating from the Y axis 4. 25°. But the existing mechanism is very complex and the precision can not be guaranteed. Therefore the accurately vertical feeding translating cams was designed and modal analysis was done. Engineering practice shows that the cams meets the design requirements and is suited to occasion of heavy load and vibration.
