同轴度检测系统多功能测头优化设计及误差分析

【摘要】 在现有的大距离分布孔系测量方法基础上,根据被测零件实际形状尺寸,研制出一种可互换式、多量程的自定心综合测头,实现对孔系零件的高精度、高效和智能化测量。主要介绍自定心综合测头的基本结构设计,提出了一种基于双轴倾角传感器的系统坐标系的建立方法。通过直流伺服电机带动转动机构实现测爪的伸出与复位,从而实现对孔隙内径的测量,然后通过前端的PSD传感器测得圆心坐标,并上传的上位机进行数据处理得到同轴度误差。最后对改进的测爪结构进行误差以及双轴倾角传感器的精度、安装误差对系统误差影响进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The measure system is based on the existing big distance porous measure method.According to the actual size of tested parts,a multifunction self-centering measurement institution has been developed,which is interchangeable and multirange.It can also realize of high precision and high intelligent measurement.This paper mainly introduces the basic mechanical structure design and a system of coordinate system is presented in this method,which is based on dual axis tilt sensor.Parts inside diameter measurement are based on the scale of measuring jaw,collecting the coordinate of circle center by the PSD sensor.The alignment error will be achieved by the data processing on the computer.Final,the error of the system could be analyzed,which contains the jaw assembly error and the dual axis tilt sensor assembly error,getting rid of big hole system measuring technology of distance distribution problems.
