【Abstract】 β-catenin is an important molecule in E-cadherin/catenin complex and Wnt signaling pathway.In recent years,many studies have confirmed that the canonical Wnt pathway is closely associated with the skin wound repair.In this paper,the structure and biological function ofβ-catenin and its role in skin wound healing are reviewed to lay a theoretical foundation for the further understanding ofβ-catenin action mechanism and the clinical research and treatment targetingβ-catenin.更多还原
