【Abstract】 In party government era,the ruling legitimacy is the prerequisites for any political party in power.The foundation of the ruling legitimacy is not static,and it is in constant change along with the social and historical change.At present,all kinds of complex problems pose severe challenges to the resources and the foundation of traditional legitimacy of the ruling party in transformation period.Constructing service-oriented party put forward by the CPC is helpful for consolidating the party’s ruling foundation,improving the party’s ruling ability,and regulating the party’s construction by the rule of law,which is significant for maintaining and developing the ruling legitimacy.更多还原
