高凝原油降凝剂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 针对我国中部某油田凝点高达56℃的高凝原油(Y14)对市售降凝剂感受性差的现状,合成了新型高效降凝剂——三元共聚物(LMZ)中探索了降凝机理。优化合成工艺条件为:m(溶剂)∶m(引发剂)∶m(链转移剂)∶m(总单体)=5∶0.05∶0.1∶1,反应温度110℃。在LMZ-6加剂量w(LMZ-6)=0.4%及热处理温度75℃的条件下,可使高凝油Y14凝点降低6℃,优于市售降凝剂EVA。研究发现聚合物的降凝性能不仅与其组成结构有关,还与其相对分子质量有关。

【Abstract】 A new type pour-point depressant was synthesized to solve problems of Y 14,a kind of high pour-point oil with pour-point of 56℃in an oilfield in Central China,which had bad impressibility to the commercial pour-point depressants.The optimum synthesis conditions of terpolymer pour-point depressant LMZ were as follows:the mass ratio of solvent,initiator and chain transfer agent to total monomers was 5∶0.05∶0.1∶1,the reaction temperature was 110 ℃.With the addition of 0.4%dosage and under the disposing temperature of 75℃,the synthesized optimized pour-point depressant LMZ-6made the pour-point of Y14 reduced by 6 ℃,which was better than that of the commercial pour-point depressant EVA.It was found that the pour-point depressing performance of copolymer depend on not only its composition structure but also its relative molecule weights.The mechanism of pour-point depression was investigated as well.
