基于Pro/E及ANSYS Workbench的柴油机油底壳设计
Diesel engine oil pan design based on Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench
【摘要】 针对一款全新设计的四缸柴油机,计算了油底壳机油容量;采用Pro/E软件建立了油底壳的三维模型,模拟了油底壳内最大及最小机油容量情况,以及最小机油容量时集滤器不存在吸空现象;采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对油底壳进行了模态分析,提出了提高其低阶频率的3种结构优化措施;经过装机试验,优化后的油底壳满足设计要求,设计方法可靠。
【Abstract】 The oil capacity is calculated in a new design fourcylinder diesel engine. 3D model of engine oil sump is established by software of Pro/E, the maximum and the minimal oil capacity is simulated. There is no suction phenomenon exists at the minimal oil capacity of the suction filter. The modal analysis is calculated by ANSYS Workbench, three optimized measures are advised to improve the low frequency. The tests indicate the oil sump can satisfy the design request, and the above design method is reliable.
