白车身及内饰车身的试验模态对比分析及动力学评价
Experimental modal comparative analysis and dynamic characteristic evaluation of body-in-white and trim body
【摘要】 介绍了试验模态辨识技术Polymax法的原理,应用在某款车型的白车身与内饰车身的试验模态辨识中,详细比较了白车身与内饰车身的模态试验中试验模型建立、参数设置、激励力PSD、互易性和相干函数等方面的异同,辨识结果说明了内饰对车身模态参数的影响,并进行了车身动态特性评价,为车辆NVH性能控制提供依据。
【Abstract】 The Polymax(Polyreferance Least-squares Complex Frequency-domain) is introduced to identify the modal parameters of BIW(Body In White) and TB(Trim Body). The principle of Polymax is presented firstly, and the differences are indicated about the modal modeling, parameters setting, PSD of references, Reciprocity and correlation between the BIW and TB. Finally the modal results between the BIW and TB are compared. It has showed that the affection of trim to modal parameters of body. The evaluation of dynamical characteristics of trim body is also done in the paper.
