汽车后扭力梁橡胶衬套复杂边界条件的分析

【摘要】 为消除后扭力梁橡胶衬套简化成铰接或圆柱副约束给数值计算带来的较大分析误差,对其边界约束进行了讨论,并通过有限元分析得到其工作模态参数,最后通过道路试验确定其边界条件。首先考虑车辆载荷及后扭力梁与相关结构之间的作用,重点讨论橡胶衬套的复杂边界约束,对可能存在的边界约束状态予以研究。其次重构了满载条件下后扭力梁的有限元模型,进而计算得到对应工况下后扭力梁的工作模态参数。最后,基于整车道路实验和工作应变模态识别法得到后扭力梁低阶模态频率,通过对比验证了所建立模型的正确性,解决了后扭力梁结构橡胶衬套复杂边界约束难以确定的难题。

【Abstract】 In order to eliminate larger analysis error from numerical calculation for boundary condition of rubber bushing which is simplified into articulated or cylindrical vice constraint, the constraints of rubber bushing are discussed. The vibration characteristics are derived via FEA,and the constraints of liner are test and verified via road test. Firstly,Complex boundary constraints of rubber bushing were mainly discussed and the possible existence of boundary constraint condition was study according to load and the interaction between beam and rest structures. Secondly,the finite element model was constructed with the vehicle carrying all loads. Vibration analysis was then conducted on the beam model.Finally low order modal frequencies were obtained. Comparisons were made between computed operational modal frequencies and those obtained from vehicle road test and operating strain modal identification on the beam on a proving ground. The result has shown that the reconstructed model well matches reality. It has solved problem difficult to determine complicated boundary constraint of rubber bushing on rear torsion beam suspension.
