抗虫基因cry1Ab/Ac在水稻杂交转育后代中的表达效应

【摘要】 以转入了Bt基因cry1Ab/Ac的水稻品系TT51为供体,与10个恢复系杂交。通过分子检测,并结合田间的抗虫性观察,筛选出农艺性状良好的转基因纯合株系。抗虫基因在所有的杂交组合后代中按照孟德尔规律遗传,但是不同遗传背景下的表达量有很大差异。Cry1Ab/Ac蛋白含量维持原有水平的株系对螟虫表现出良好的抗性,蛋白含量降低的株系则受到轻微的危害。纯合株系的部分农艺性状发生变异,其程度与Cry1Ab/Ac蛋白含量有关。结果为利用杂交转育培育优良抗虫水稻提供依据。

【Abstract】 The transgenic rice line TT51 possessing Bt gene cry1 Ab /Ac was used as donor parent and transferred into 10 restorer lines by hybridization. Transgenic homozygous lines with better agronomic traits were screened out through combining molecular analysis and investigation of insect resistance. The results showed that inheritance of cry1 Ab /Ac gene followed Mendelian segregation in all hybrid progenies,but the expression levels varied considerably between different genetic backgrounds. The lines containing comparable Bt protein as their transgenic parent exhibited excellent resistance to stemborer and leaffolder,while the others containing lower contents were damaged slightly. Some agronomic traits of homozygous lines were changed,and the degrees of variation were correlative to the concentrations of Bt protein. These results provided a basis for development of elite rice varieties with insect resistance.
