用于机翼、垂尾加工的辅助固持装置研究

【摘要】 在飞机机翼、垂尾等大部件打点及精加工等工艺过程中,如何保证基于柔性工装支撑的机翼、垂尾的已调整的位姿不被破坏并对其可靠固持是一个技术难题。为此,设计了一种基于气动、液压及真空技术的辅助固持装置,并对装置的受力和关键参数进行了分析和实验。结果表明:这种辅助固持装置能够有效提高机翼、垂尾精加工时抵抗外力的能力,提高了系统的稳定性,为柔性工装调姿的大部件稳定固持提供了一种新的方法和思路。

【Abstract】 To keep the adjusted pose of the wing /vertical fin supported by flexible fixture and hold it reliably is a difficult problem during the process of dotting and finishing etc. One kind of auxiliary device based on pneumatic, hydraulic and vacuum techniques was designed to solve this problem. The load bearing capacity and key parameters of the device are analyzed and tested. The results show that the auxiliary clamping devices can improve the wing / vertical fin ability to resist external load and enhance the stability of the system. The present study provides a new method of stable clamping for big parts adjusted by flexible fixture.
