【摘要】 目的探讨简便可靠实用的布鲁菌早期检出方法,为布鲁菌病的及时诊治提供依据。方法应用BACTEC 9120或BACT/ALERT 3D等系统进行血或骨髓培养,然后取阳性瓶增菌液转种血平板和巧克力等平板,再经VITEK-2-Compact全自动微生物分析仪或API 20 E鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定。结果布鲁菌在上述血培养仪的瓶中2~4d可获得阳性生长物,经VITEK-2-Compact仪(或API 20 E鉴定系统)次日能得到鉴定结果。结论 Compact鉴定仪(或API 20E鉴定系统)对布鲁菌的鉴定简单、可靠、经济、实用,且不会漏检和误检,是目前常规检测布鲁氏菌的可靠方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a reliable early detection method of Brucella for the early diagnosis and treatment of Brucellosis. Methods Specimens were cultured in Bactec 9120 or BACT/ALERT3 D system, and then turned to the blood or chocolate plate to grow. Finally, picked single colony and inoculated into GN-21341 card, then identified strain with VITEK-2-Compact system(or cultured in API20E). Results Brucella has a significant growth in 2-4 days, by culturing in the two supporting systems shown above. Conclusions VITEK-2-Compact system(or API20E) is more simple, reliable, economical and practical than molecular biological or classical identification methods. In addition, this system would not miss any positive results, and is the only one automately routine testing of equipment models at present.更多还原
