天然抗氧化剂原花青素提取研究
Study on extraction of natural antioxidants procyanidin
【摘要】 研究了落叶松树皮中原花青素的提取工艺,利用响应面分析法对原花青素的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素实验的基础上,选用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,根据中心复合(Central Composite Design,CCD)试验设计原理进行实验。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:超声时间110.90min,乙醇体积分数50.01%,液料比19.34mL·g-1,超声温度50℃。
【Abstract】 The extract process of the active substance antioxidants in larch bark was studied by using a combinational method of supercritical skimmed and ultrasonic-assisted technology.Four important factors(ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic time and extractive temperature)are investigated using response surface methodology(RSM)for process optimization.On the basis of single factor experiment,four factors and three levels of response surface analysis method was used,according to the central composite experimental(Central Composite Design,CCD)principle.The results show that the optimum conditions of supercritical skimmed-ultrasonic assisted extraction of larch bark proanthocyanidins are as tollows:ultrasonic time 110.90 min,ethanol volume fraction of50.01%,ultrasonic temperature 50℃,liquid solid ratio 19.34mL·g-1,the extraction rate of predicted proanthocyanidins value under these conditions was 4.51%,the measured value was 4.45%.Response surface method to optimize the extraction process of larch bark proanthocyanidins is reasonably practicable,to further improve the extraction rate of proanthocyanidins,promote industrial development.
