基于Solidworks和Ansys齿轮泵齿轮轴的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on the Gear Shaft of Gear Pump Based on SolidWorks and ANSYS
【摘要】 通过对CB-B125型外啮合齿轮泵的三维建模,针对齿轮泵中受力复杂的齿轮轴结合ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。分析结果表明:在工况条件下,齿轮轴最容易发生破坏的部位是在键槽附近,这为设计人员在设计齿轮泵的过程中提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 By modeling the CB-B125 style external gear pump, finite element analysis of complex load in gear pump gear shaft is carried out based on ANSYS software.Analysis results show that under the working condition, the part of the gear shaft is the most likely to happen damage is near the keyway,which provides a theoretical basis for the designers in the design process of the gear pump.
