基于多层级骨架模型的产品总体结构控制方法研究
Study on Overall Control Method Based on Multi-level Skeleton Model
【摘要】 论述了基于多层级骨架模型的产品总体结构控制方法的实现和设计过程。提出以多层级骨架模型为信息传递纽带的总体结构控制方法。并以Pro/E为平台,结合产品设计实例,对文中提出的方法加以验证,表明总体结构控制方法可以有效地解决复杂产品设计过程中的"快速变型"和零件"重用性"瓶颈。
【Abstract】 Based on multi-level skeleton model, the detail process of overall control method is presented in this paper.A new approach of assembly modeling is put forward by taking multi-level skeleton model as bridge of transferring design information. An integrate framework has been developed for design satellite assembling fixture, which shows that both variant design and component reuse can be achieved by using overall control method.
