【摘要】 组合夹具具有标准化、系列化和模块化等特点,大大提高夹具的设计和使用效率。为了解决组合夹具元件结构设计重复和数据冗余的问题,采用SolidWorks软件的配置技术,对元件进行参数化设计,建立组合夹具元件库。并用SolidWorks二次开发和VB.NET编程语言对组合夹具库的管理、查询和调用进行了软件界面的设计。为技术人员进行组合夹具设计提供了一个快捷实用的辅助软件工具,提高了设计效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modular fixture with standardization,serialization and modular features,has greatly improved the efficiency of the design and application. In order to solve the structural design duplication and data redundancy problems of modular fixture,SolidWorks software configuration techniques have been used,such as the parametric design of components,application technology of developing fixture components library. Solidworks re-development and VB.NET are also used to design a program for modular fixture database management,query and invocation and so on. It provides a fast and practical auxiliary software tools for the technician in fixture design,which improves the design efficiency greatly.更多还原
