高速工业平缝机送布机构的运动分析与仿真
Kinematic Analysis and Simulation of High Speed Industrial Flat Sewing Machine Feeding Mechanism
【摘要】 以某型号高速工业平缝机为例,对其送布机构的运动原理进行了分析,同时根据闭环矢量法对其送布机构进行运动学分析,得到了送布牙架的隐式运动方程。利用SolidWorks软件建立其三维模型,并利用ADAMS软件对送布机构进行运动仿真,得到牙架运动轨迹,检测轨迹验证其标称针距是否符合仿真针距,结果显示符合,为送布机构的进一步优化提供了一定的理论基础。
【Abstract】 Taking the instance of a high speed industrial flat sewing machine,the motion theory of its feeding mechanism is analyzed.And the kinematic analysis are carried out according to the closedloop vector method,the implicit kinematic equations of the feeding dog stand is obtained,.The 3D model of feeding mechanism is built and the motion of the feeding mechanism is simulated in ADAMS,the motion trajectory of feeding dog stand is obtained.The stitch length of the simulation is compared to the pre-set value certify that they are in accordance.The research lays the foundation for improving the performance of the feeding mechanism.
