双万向节系统轴振的模态分析

【摘要】 以某型号飞机飞控系统中的双万向节系统为例,对系统进行轴振分析。通过弹性轴轴振方程的建立,计算得到了系统的固有频率和振型;在Pro/E中建立了双万向节系统的实体模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench中进行模态分析;将理论计算结果与仿真结果进行对比分析,验证分析的正确性,并分析了影响系统轴振固有频率和振型的因素。

【Abstract】 Shaft vibration analysis for the double cardan joint system in a type of aircraft flight control system is illustrated.Natural frequency and vibration mode of the system are calculated through establishing the shaft vibration equation of elastic shaft.The solid model of double cardan joint is built in the Pro/E,and then it is imported into ANSYS Workbench to analyze the modal.Comparing the results of theoretical calculation with simulation,we can verify the correctness of the analysis and analyze the factors contributing to natural frequency and vibration mode of the system shaft vibration.
