【摘要】 目的 了解我院5年来住院死亡病例死因构成、性别及年龄分布,为学科建设和降低住院病死率提供数据和参考。方法 依据卫统ICD-10国际疾病分类微机汇总库,将5年住院死亡病例,经计算机检索后导入Excel并按比重排序建立数据库,选出死因占前10位疾病作为分析单元,通过SAS统计软件对死亡病例的年龄分布等进行统计处理。结果 我院5年来住院死亡呈下降趋势,且住院死亡男性多于女性,为1.23:1。恶性肿瘤、心血管病及脑血管病导致住院病死率高,且大部分集中在45~59和60岁以上年龄组,占住院死亡的72.9%。结论 我们应该关注中老年人身体健康,降低住院率及病死率;呼吁戒烟限酒,提倡健康生活方式;并且加强对重症医学科和某些恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病等疑难危重病种的学科建设和研究,推动医学科学的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the constitution of death causes,sex ratio and age distribution of in-hospital death cases in our hospital from 2002 to 2010,and to provide data and references for discipline construction and reducing the fatality rate in the hospital.Methods According to international disease classification microcomputer summary library ICD-10 for health statistics,five-year death cases of inpatients after computer-based retrieval were imported into Excel table,and database was established according to the proportion of sorting.We sorted the top 10 diseases of death causes as analysis units.With the use of SAS statistical software,we analyzed the age distribution of death cases.Results Inpatients death rate of the five years showed a downward trend,and the in-hospital dead males were more than females,with the ratio 1.23:1.Malignant tumor,cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease led to high in-hospital death rate,and most concentrated upon the 45 ~ 59 years old group and above 60 years old group,which accounted for 72.9%of the hospital mortality.Conclusion We should pay attention to the elderly health care,and reduce the hospitalization rate and mortality.We should call on people to give up smoking,to limit alcohol drinking,and to advocate a healthy lifestyle.We should intensify the discipline construction and study of intensive care unit(ICU) and some complicated critical diseases such as malignant tumors,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,thus to promote the development of medical science.更多还原
