【摘要】 目的 对某医院2003—2012年医疗质量进行综合评价,为提高医院医疗质量提供科学依据。方法 选取具有代表性的10项指标,运用秩和比法进行综合评价。结果 2003—2012年该院医疗质量不断提高,2011年、2012年的医疗质量最好(RSR值分别为0.820、0.920),2004年、2005年、2006年、2007年、2008年、2009年及2010年的医疗质量处于中等水平(RSR值分别为O.355、0.395、0.380、0.505、0.610、0.635、0.670),2003年的医疗质量较差(RSR=0.210)。结论 该医院的医疗工作表现出良好的发展态势,秩和比法的综合分析结果能科学、客观的反映医院医疗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the medical quality during the course of 2003 to 2012 in a certain hospital and provide a scientific basis for improving the medical quality.Methods Ten typical aspects were chosen to analysis the medical quality of the hospital,and the analysis method was Rank-sum ratio.Results The medical quality of the hospital was continually improved year by year.The medical quality in the year 2011 and 2012 was good(RSR=0.820,0.920).The medical quality in the year 2004,2005,2006,2007,2008,2009 and 2010 was medium(RSR=0.355,0.395,0.380,0.505,0.610,0.635,0.670).The medical quality in the year 2003 was bad(RSR=0.210).Conclusion The medical quality of the hospital is showing a good momentum of development.Rank-sum ratio could evaluate the medical quality scientifically and objectively.更多还原
