【摘要】 综述重症胰腺炎病人肠内营养出现导管移位、脱出、堵塞、误吸与反流、腹泻、高血糖、低血糖等并发症的预防及护理研究进展,指出护理人员对重症胰腺炎病人实施肠内营养过程中要准确评价病人的肠道功能,遵守温度适宜、由慢到快、由少到多、逐渐过渡到全剂量浓度的输注原则,做好心理护理,积极预防和处理肠内营养并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 It reviewed the research progress on prevention and nursing care of complications of enteral nutrition in patients with severe pancreatitis including catheter displacement,prolapse,congestion,aspiration and regurgitation,diarrhea,high blood sugar,low blood sugar.It pointed out that nursing personnel should evaluate the patient’s bowel function accurately,comply with the transfusion principle of suitable temperature,from slow to fast,from less to more,and gradually transition to full-dose infusion concentration,do good psychological care,positive prevent and treat the complications of enteral nutrition.更多还原
