【摘要】 [目的]探讨整体护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将100例病理检查确诊首次住院的鼻咽癌病人采用自身对照的方法,通过专科护士结合病人的个体差异,按计划分不同阶段对病人进行整体护理干预,应用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组研制的生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30),分别在鼻咽癌病人护理干预前后进行全面测量与评估。[结果]干预后各功能评分及总体生活质量评分均明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]科学合理的护理干预能有效减轻鼻咽癌放疗病人的心理压力和放疗反应,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the influence of holistic nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiation therapy.Methods:A total of 100cases of nasopharyngeal cancer inpatients first diagnosed by pathology were selected and self-control method was used.Through specialist nurses combined with patients and individual differences,the overall care was carried out for the patients according to plan at the different stages.The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were given full measurement and assessment respectively before and after nursing intervention by using EORTC QLQ-C30scale.Results:Functional scores and overall quality of life scores in patients after intervention group were significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific and reasonable nursing interventions can effectively reduce the psychological stress and radiotherapy response of patients undergoing radiotherapy,and improve their quality of life更多还原
