【摘要】 [目的]观察综合护理对会阴部电灼术病人术后伤口愈合的效果。[方法]将210例接受会阴电灼术治疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组各105例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理以促进伤口愈合,比较两组的护理效果。[结果]观察组病人伤口肿胀和疼痛程度轻于对照组,伤口的甲级愈合率高于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,感染率低于对照组,病人的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理有利于促进会阴部电灼术病人的伤口愈合,减少疼痛及肿胀,提高病人的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive care for postoperative wound healing in patients undergoing perineal fulguration.Methods:A total of 210cases of patients receiving perineal fulguration were randomly divided into observation group and control group,105cases in each. Patients in control group used conventional care,patients in observation group received comprehensive care to promote wound healing,then to compare the nursing effects between both groups.Results:In observation group,wound swelling and pain of patients was lighter,the wound A healing rate was higher,healing time was shorter,the infection rate was lower than in the control group,patients’ satisfaction with care was higher(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive care is conductive to promote wound healing of patients undergoing perineal fulguration,reduce pain and swelling,and improve patients’ satisfaction with care.更多还原
