混联式混合动力汽车动力系统参数匹配的研究
Research on parameters matching of HEV powertrain system
【摘要】 混合动力汽车动力总成参数的合理匹配是混合动力汽车产品开发的重要前提和基础性工作。在对混联式混合动力汽车动力总成结构和整车控制策略分析的基础上,分别进行发动机、电动机和蓄电池等动力总成部件的选型和参数设计,并对传动系统进行参数设计。针对发动机、永磁同步电动机和镍氢蓄电池的工作特性建立模型,并基于NEDC工况进行仿真,得出发动机扭矩、电动机扭矩和蓄电池荷电状态的变化曲线。结果表明,混联式混合动力汽车动力系统的参数匹配合理。
【Abstract】 The reasonable parameter matching of hybrid electric vehicle powertrain is an important precondition and fundamental work for the development of hybrid electric vehicle product.Based on the analysis of parallel-serial HEV powertrain structure and the control strategy,the type and parameter of powertrain parts,such as engine,motor and battery are selected and designed,and the parameters of transmission system are designed. The operation characteristics of the engine,permanent magnet synchronous motor and Ni-MH power battery are established,and the engine torque,motor torque and the battery state of charge curve are acquired based on the simulation of NEDC.The results show that the parameters matching of hybrid electric vehicle power system is reasonable.
