X射线实时成像系统在工业无损检测中的应用
Application of X ray real time imaging system to industrial nondestructive testing
【摘要】 通过对X射线实时成像系统在工业无损检测中的应用,阐述工业X射线实时成像系统构成原理以及功能实现,系统中的图像处理模块对图像灰度等级进行算术运算和处理,利用图像处理器的A/D变换,将所采集的图像数字化处理,提高图像的清晰度,从而提高缺陷检出灵敏度。同时设计计算机自动识别图像,对缺陷智能化判伤,减少人工肉眼判片的误差,准确度高、速度快。
【Abstract】 It presents the application of X ray real time imaging system to industrial nondestructive testing,and describes the principle of the system and the function realization.Image processing module in the system is used to perform arithmetic operations and processing of the image gray level.Using the A/D transform the image processing can be digitalized to improve the clarity of the image and defect detection sensitivity.Computer automatic recognition of defect intelligent judgment is obtained to reduce the error of artificial eye with high accuracy and speed.
