355nm紫外激光加工Al2O3陶瓷的温度场和应力场仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of 355nm UV Laser Polishing Alumina Ceramic Temperature Field and Stress Field
【摘要】 针对紫外激光加工Al2O3陶瓷时热影响区大小与材料表面微裂纹的产生情况开展了研究,并基于固体热传导理论,对355nm紫外激光加工Al2O3陶瓷的温度场和应力场进行了ANSYS仿真分析,得到了激光加工Al2O3陶瓷过程中不同深度材料的温度与热应力随时间的变化规律,以及同一时刻不同深度材料的温度与热应力的变化规律。通过355nm紫外激光加工Al2O3陶瓷实验的实验研究,最终得出紫外激光加工Al2O3陶瓷时可以获得热影响区域较小和微裂纹较少的表面,有利于Al2O3陶瓷的表面抛光。
【Abstract】 It studies on the heat affected zone size and generate case of material surface micro-cracks while UV laser processing Al2O3 ceramic,and analyzes the temperature field and stress field of 355 nm UV laser processing Al2O3 ceramic through ANSYS simulation based on solid heat conduction theory,and obtains the variation with time of temperature and thermal stress at different material depths,and the variation of temperature and thermal stress at the same time and different material depths while UV laser polishing Al2O3 ceramic. Then through experimental research on 355 nm UV laser processing Al2O3 ceramic,it concludes that UV laser polishing Al2O3 ceramic is favorable because it can obtain small heat-affected less micro-cracks in the surface area.
