大型风力机叶片三维建模方法的研究
Research of Blade 3D Modeling Method Large Scale Wind Turbine
【摘要】 由于大型风力机叶片结构复杂,为了分析叶片的工作性能,目前主要运用专门开发的软件,或采用三维建模软件与有限元软件结合起来的方法。这种分析方法的过程中,存在着诸如其他三维软件与ANSYS软件之间的不确定的格式等问题。针对这样的问题,提出一种在有限元软件ANSYS上直接建立叶片三维模型的方法;并且在目前叶片截面的翼型坐标计算式的基础上,改进其计算过程,使得计算结果更加精确。最后利用ANSYS软件完成叶片的三维建模,整个建模过程精确,简洁,方便。
【Abstract】 As the structure of large scale wind turbine blades is complicated,current research methods of blades working performance are mainly applying professional software or combining 3D modeling software with finite element software. A new method by modeling the blade in ANSYS directly has been presented. Based on the current calculation method of airfoil coordinates of blade sections,the calculation process was improved. Finally,the blade 3D model was completed in ANSYS by using airfoil coordinates of each blade cross section. Thus,airfoil coordinates are more accurate and problems such as format conversion between 3D modeling software and ANSYS are avoided. The whole modeling process is precise,concise and convenient.
