阀口开度对二通插装阀压力流量特性的影响

【摘要】 对二通插装阀进出口压力流量特性曲线的理论计算值和实际值进行了研究,结果表明两者之间的误差随开口度的增大而变大;在三维绘图软件所建立阀体内部流道实体模型的基础上,利用Fluent对二通插装阀内部流道进行流场分析,结果显示节流口处压力损失对阀进出口压力流量特性具有重要影响。结合阀口两端压力—流量理论计算公式推导原理和fluent仿真结果,对阀内部结构进行改进,有效降低了进出口两端实际压力流量特性曲线和理论公式计算压力流量特性曲线之间的误差。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic curve of Two-way cartridge’s valves outlet pressure and flow,this research compares its theoretical value and the actual value. The results show that the error increases as the opening degree enlarges. Based on the 3-D geometric model of the valve,using analysis software Fluent,the flow field of Two-way cartridge valves’ internal channel is calculated. And the result proves that the pressure loss of the flow-restricted port has a great impact on the of valves’ import and outport. Comparing the simulation results and formula results,it apposes an improved scheme to improve the valves’ internal structure. And this improvement narrows down the error between the theoretical value and the actual value of the pressure flow characteristic curve of valves’ import and export.
