采用编译方式的前瞻速度规划算法研究

【摘要】 为实现进给速度的优化,提高数控系统前瞻性,提出了一种采用编译运行方式的前瞻速度规划算法。该算法在插补模块运行之前,将待加工曲线段速度规划作为预处理工作一次性完成,算法受实时性的限制小,有效地提升系统前瞻性能。算法分为反向规划和正向规划两部分,规划之后得到每一曲线段速度的分段函数。基于S型曲线对称性,通过引入附加时间段,改进了S型加减速规划算法,考虑了速度单调的情况。并通过仿真实验证明了算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 In order to optimize the feedrate and improve the look-ahead ability of NC systems, a compiled-based look-ahead feedrate planning algorithm is proposed. By finishing feedrate planning once before the process of interpolator, the look-ahead ability of the system is improved without the restriction of real-time operation. The algorithm is divided into backward planning and forward planning, and gets the piecewise function of feedrate. Based on the symmetry of the S curve, the S curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm is improved by adding additional time, and the case of monotonous variation of velocity is considered. The simulation result shows the feasibility of the algorithm.
