【摘要】 为提高某封装测试企业对生产线实时信息的管理能力,分析了生产过程管理现状,建立了生产监视系统的功能模型,采用了B/S模式的系统框架,开发了生产线生产过程监视系统,实现了生产线的动态组建,生产线各种信息的实时监控,以及与其他系统的有效集成,从而提高管理者对在线信息的分析处理能力和信息反馈速度。该系统已经在某企业试运行,效果良好,有效地提高封装测试厂对生产线实时信息的管理与控制能力,并得到用户的一致好评。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the ability of real-time information management for the production line of an assembly and test factory,based on analyzing of the management status,the functional model of this system is built,the system framework of B/S model is selected,and the production process monitoring system is developed. The system achieves success not only in dynamically building the production line,real-time monitoring all kinds of information,and effectively integrating with other systems but also provides stronger analysis and processing power and feedback speed of online information for managers. After trial operation of the system in an enterprise,it works well,and improves the production efficiency and management level,and enjoys good reputation among the users.更多还原
